app not functioning as normal.

I have downloaded ios 15 on my phone and for some reason I cannot connect to my Banking app. through my own Wi Fi in the house.

Is this a new security patch in the new os. ?

There is no block that I know of.

 

However you haven’t given anywhere near enough information for anyone to assist in any meaningful way.

 

what is the app? Are you sure that you are connecting to the correct WiFi? Are you using the same DNS server on WiFi as you use using your phone cellular connection? Have you hard rebooted your iPhone?

 

these are a few of the required questions.

Yes mate , I could connect through cellular but not through my own wi fi.

As suggested by the previous poster  , I rebooted the phone and it is now okay.

FWIW I have SCBEASY, KMA, KPLUS & BualuangM, I’m on iOS 15.0 they all function on WiFi and mobile data. No problem.

 

I did have a recent iOS glitch with mail and the hard (not graceful) reboot solved that, no banking app has ever had a problem that I remember
