Are the floods blocking travel to Lop Buri from Bangkok at the moment and if travel is possible between them, is it advisable? 

A friend did Pattaya to Lop Buri yesterday, had no problems, I didn't ask for the exact route though.

I think the highways are clear, depending on where exactly in Lop Buri you want to go you might of course have to plan a detour or so.

Of course you can. So flooding on the main highway below Korat, and above is all clearing now.

That would be no flooding on the highways as far as Korat.  Too late to edit.
