I just wait for the day they will start chasing the nutters with the blue roofed houses in Isaan for air pollution when breathing, farting and whinging here about bikers.

How do they account for  the "multiple"  crashes by Motobikes and  Cars  smashing into  poles  holding up electric cables in Chonburi province over the last 14 days due to speeding/ racing.... those that lived blame wet roads.. more idiots

and  paid?

Over 90% of traffic tickets go unpaid.  It's easy to issue via CCTV but difficult to collect without leaving the police station.

Well aren't they caught next time they try to pay their annual tax or sell the vehicle?

Apparently they still have not joined up the systems   so there is no points on licence,no impact on insurance rates and no problems  paying vehicle tax and insurance  despite  murmurs that these measures would be implemented.  T.I.T

Happens every Saturday and Sunday night on the 331 not far from my house, and there is a 24/7 staffed Police Station just 500 m along the road.  So much for crack downs.
