Easy answer to that one: a  few months after vaccination NONE of the existing vaccines  has more than 50% effectiveness against infection. Put a hundred [drunk] people into a confined crowded  space for some hours and you have a very good chance to get a super  spreader event.

What about T & B cells, I hear that they usually kick in when vaccines wane ?

Easiest thing would be to limit to 25 ppl per venue.

But this would <deleted> off the rich mega place owners.

80% of airlines have returned  there slots meaning they aren't  comming.   This has been published.  I guess they are planning  to reap the domestic  tourist.  I wonder if they will charge the double pricing to them.

Weekends have always been busy, here, around Khao Yai. But the new trends, since pandemic, is that more and more people are coming with their own camping gear, food and drinks.

You might do some deeper research before commenting whimsically.

Repeating what has been set in place, over and again, is of little value.

It is fact that the virus only mutates in the unvaccinated.   It is fact that 90% of people dying in hospitals from the virus are the unvaccinated.   Hence, fact.. the emergency  vaccines stops the virus from mutating,  and fact that having been vaccinated  gives one a higher chance of survival if they contract the virus.  So with facts presented what do you find whimsical?

I have a simple question.

Why won't the government allow bars, pubs and entertainment venues to open to fully vaccinated people ?

and with vaccination certificates being sold on the streets for 100 B, what could possibly go wrong...

Entertainment venues have been closed for a long time and look what happened in Thonglor. Super spreader events. Can't trust the police to enforce any laws.

Soi 7 is open since a good 2 weeks already, guess you make a lot clueless comments. FDA approval have nothing to do with emergency use only in most countries either. WHO states emergency use only too.

Mutations are no threat to vaccinated people if the vaccin works in the first place. Up to 20% difference would be covered and covid mutations are 0.3%

Well aware of what's open. Ummm....FDA originally issued emergency use authorizations for the vaccines before granting full approval. And many countries just follow their lead.

Total misinformation .mutations are a threat to everyone. And the vaccine works. That's been widely proven.

If you look around Pattaya it would seem the Thais believe  they are ooening all on 01 Nov.  I seen doors open on bars on SOI 6, coffee shops setting up outside of a Starbucks ( figure their coffee must be better than Starbuck) hotels dusting off cobwebs, pipes being cleaned, price gouging  going up, so again they must know something  the Learned person  doesn't.

That was the same scene nearing July 1 in Phuket. Unstacking beach chairs, spreading them out, dusting them off, more restaurants opening etc, couple months later beach chairs and restaurants still empty........

The virus only mutates in unvaccinated people.  So if you put 100 vaccinated people in a bar you don't get a super spreader unless  the one with the virus is unvaccinated.   If everyone is vaccinated  you cant create a super spreader as the virus doesn't  mutate in the vaccinated

Interesting theory you have there
