Where to find List of AQ and SHA+ plus hotels?

Sorry, but I could not find official list of these hotels that one must stay one night in for Thailand Pass.

Also, is there an online forum with reviews of such hotels in Bangkok?

3900bt for the cheapest that is really wow is that including all pcr tests?

But look where those cheaper hotels are... 

 

Example: ‘The Legacy’ is out to the North (which may be handy if flying out of Don Muang the next day). 

 

Estimated costs: 

- Airport Transfer 600 Baht

- PCR test - 2000 baht (est. cheaper at hospitals out of the centre) 

 

Which leaves 1200 baht for the hotel (not sure if food is included in these deals).
