Ok, finally it worked.
I received two "approval mails" this morning at 6:00 German time (-6h to Thailand time).

Departure date 23.November.2021
Two different QR codes which however both led to the same website with my vaccine data.
By the way, the QR codes are not encrypted.

Good to hear!

I just received my 5th QR code with different QR number but it leads to the same website with my vaccine data. All my QR codes are working now, so the problem is solved.

Any suggestions of a good free easy to use application to convert multiple .doc documents or multiple .pdf documents to jpeg documents? Thanks.

GIMP is an excellent free and open source photo editor. Very full featured and supports all formats. Simply open a PDF in it and save it as JPG. Been using it for years. www.gimp.org

Just got my Thailand pass QR-code for entering Phuket on the 6th of November. Applied for it today at around 09:00am Berlin time. Took from application till approval around 6hrs.

Uploaded following documents (got jpg through making screenshots of the pdfs):

  • Printed Vaccine certificate (yellow book: 1st page and page with the covid vaccines) as one jpg file.
You can place that on one page with MS Word
  • EU digital vaccine certificates (exported pdf files for the 1st and 2nd shot via CovPass app)
  • PRE-PAID SHA PLUS HOTEL CONFIRMATION. Entered the SHABA-id in the booking no. field
  • Health insurance policy with sufficient coverage in Engish
  • Passport as jpg file

Helpful tool to convert pdf files to jpgs: https://www.adobe.com/acrobat/online/pdf-to-jpg.html

To circumvent the api errors i started google chrome on my macbook through a terminal window with the following command:

 open -na Google\ Chrome --args --user-data-dir=/tmp/temporary-chrome-profile-dir --disable-web-security --disable-site-isolation-trials

See here for other operating systems: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/17679399/does-disable-web-security-work-in-chrome-anymore

I had to add one blank behind my passport no. otherwise the system rejected me (no. already in use).

Now having a  ????

Quite lucky since I haven't even got my coe pre-approval yet.

Did you copy your paid COVID Test receipt for arrival testing, as you don't mention it above?  From this and other threads, it would be interesting to know if any applicants, after receiving Registration confirmation, have been rejected because they have not been able to add this document due to the system only allowing one upload per section.

I am very worried guys. I fly out on the 8th. I have applied as of November 1st which allows for the 7 days. I have applied countless times with no confirmation email and unfortunately no QR Code. Plan of action?

I am flying out on the 9th, so I feel your anxiety!

It might have been coincidence, but I finally received a registration confirmation email after entering a different email address; outlook.com email never received any emails but gmail.com does. Not sure if this is the reason, I also tried other things people suggested here with passport number, CORS extension, etc and got success on website but hours later no confirmation email....

Can I ask what type of documentation you gave for the insurance requirement?

I just took the first page of my Invoice for the insurance, the page that says "unlimited coverage" and "worldwide" and added a bulky chunk of explanation as all these documents were in German. Basically explaining "this" means "that".

Good Morning, Guten Morgen

Now everything worked with https://tp.consular.go.th, within a minute I was able to apply for the Thailand Pass. (Exemption from Quarantine (Test and Go))
I only noticed a mistake on my part today, the QR code has to be uploaded separately in the 2nd field. In the first field the Covid certificate complete, in the second the QR code again separately.
I used Chrome with the CORS extension and just allowed everything there. (See picture)
After uploading the health insurance certificate, I successfully completed the process with DOOPELKLICK.
I received the confirmation email after 30 seconds, the system now seems to be working well.
Now I am waiting for the approval and am looking forward to my vacation in beautiful Thailand ❤️

Jetzt hat alles funktioniert mit https://tp.consular.go.th, innerhalb einer Minute konnte ich den Thailand Pass beantragen. (Exemption from Quarantine (Test and Go))

Submitted 1st November 1:23pm (UTC+1)
QR and approval received 2nd November 5:26am (UTC+1)

So they are not processing applications in order of submission. I applied around 10am UTC+1 Nov 1st, that's when I also got the registration confirmation email. Nothing since.

So many posts on this topic now that I may have missed this. Has anyone who successfully submitted their application and did not receive an email confirmation but subsequently received the email approval with the QR?

And I already found a critical security flaw that could lead to potential data leakage. Great stuff Thailand!

Also the code is filled with German comments and indentation left and right, it looks like they outsourced the development to a team of German coders...

Not outsourced. They bought a package from a German supplier, Thai people did the analysis, then back to the German software house who are modding it

Is the covid coverage mentioned in the policy?

This is what you can do:

* convert your 4 page schedule to image files

* find in the policy the page where covid coverage is mentioned and convert to image file

* concatenate the 5 image files  (4 x schedule, 1 x covid from policy) into a single image and upload.

I have the single dose Janssen vaccine.  I tried to enter my information on the computer, but can NOT get past the vaccination page.  I select just the 1 dose for Jannsen, upload the certificate ( I modified my cert and added my passport number),  but there is lots of "red" on the QR it seems to want even though it says "if you have one". and there is red at the dose 2 blocks, which I should not need to fill out, nor can I.  The website seems to be stuck here.  I am guessing I could make up some data and fill in the dose 2 again, selecting Janssen and a date that it would accept, upload the single dose cert again, etc.  But that seems like just another thing to confuse the officials, and really is not what was done.  Note I am a USA citizen, and our CDC card has no QR code, or passport number on it.

Has anybody successfully input the single dose Jannsen vaccine?  Up to that point the web site was working pretty smoothly.

Hello, I am from USA, I recently received the Johnson and Johnson vaccine on October 31st. have a flight on Singapore airlines arriving to Phuket on November 20th. (Which means I’ll be fully vaxxed) It is 4 of us with intentions of flying to Bangkok a few days later. Initially was going to do Sandbox but since reopening, opted to go other places in 2 weeks time. So yes, I had problems too with the vaccine part on website. I input it twice for the certificate and QR code. If you were vaxxed at a state mass vaccination, you most likely won’t be able to get a QR code. If you can’t generate one, I highly suggest not to book flight with Singapore airlines, you won’t be able to board without the QR code(smart pass, CommonPass, and common trust) The American certificate for vaccine doesn’t provide passport numbers like few countries that might. When you get vaxxed that clearly has nothing to do with it. I’ve spent well over 5,000 $ for this trip and have everything, just to be rejected. Not counting my vacation time from work that I can’t reaccomodate. I feel hopeless as I tried to speak with all Thai embassies in the US. So to answer your question, it will be denied if you input the Johnson vaccine twice. If you run across anything please do let me know. I am anxious and worried. I’ve been to Thailand and planned on returning since I fell in love with the place. But with going on and spending countless dollars and recieve nothing in return is making me feel different. I hope it works out for you! I’ll try again and keep posted.

WHAT A JOKE

Seriously, what a joke!! It's the same to me. Then I've seen your comment, changed my email then it worked! Man, thank you! This's so frustrating and endless embarrassing for the thai government. And I feel second hand embarrassment so sooo much, since i'm thai.

Anyway, I'm crossing my fingers for all of us.

This is a circus. Crazy that people are having to hack their browsers to interact with the Thailand Pass and doctor their vaccination certificates to get them accepted. Truly insane.

I think it is about time someone to forward the link of this thread to some mainstream newspaper(s).  Real circus. Browser hacking, pdf/image conversions/manipulations, covid certificate "enhancements"...not even to get a visa, just to be OKed to enter Thailand ????

Hi everyone,

Just want to give you guys some tips regarding the Thailand Pass application, since a lot of you guys have error issues. I applied using Brave so try that if Safari and the others don´t work.  Another tip is to convert all your PDF document on this free site : https://pdftojpg.org

Its easy and fast. Im myself waiting for my Thailand Pass to be approved, flying on the 15 november if all goes well. Although I see now I have made som mistakes since the form is not clear enough. I uploaded 3 documents under accommodation, SHA + certificate, the proof of payment and the proof of payment for my covid test :) But it looks like you can only upload one document and the one you upload last will be showing. Hopefully i still get approved since there is a SHA Id as well. Lets see and stay positive :)   Good luck!

J&J vaccine on 31st of October....you need 14 days after the vaccination to qualify, and I'm not sure their system calculates this from today's date or your arrival date. The logic would be to use the arrival date, but then again this is the Thailand Pass system ????

I posted some links in the thread to talk back to them, chat with them and ask what is the reason for your rejection. If you upload the same documents and input the same data you'll probably get the same answer.

When it comes to the vaccination certificate details it asks for details of 1st dose and 2nd dose, but the EU certificate just shows 2/2, so showing the same certificate for both maybe the problem.

I have a card showing details of type of vaccine given , batch number etc.

Has anyone rejected tried using this card to show your first dose , then the certificate and QR code for the second.

Also how long is the pass valid for before your entry?
