Bullet point number 3 - Deposited from local or international Transfer, plus is Bullet point number 5 correct that it has to be an International Transfer?

  • Must meet the financial requirement
    • Security deposit of THB 400,000 in a Thai Bank Account for at least 2 months prior to the visa application; or

Sorry I don't understand your comment ' I'm sure I took it along'. Question:Took what?

I think the confusion arises from the thread heading "Renewal of Retirement Stamp (Marriage)".   The criteria for an extension based on retirement OR marriage are different.   If using the income method for a retirement extension (65K/month) that has to be shown as coming from overseas.   The income method for a marriage extension (40K/month) can come from any source.    As an aside, a foreignor with a marriage extension is legally allowed to work (work permit still required though), someone on a retirement extension is not.

Agree--The original post is not correct, as you have pointed out.

If the points in the OP post are actually from Siam Legal, then they (SL) need to brush up on the immigration laws/rules etc.

Stay away from Siam Legal.......bad news......
