Maybe try the mobile app? And use mobile data instead of WiFi.

I sometimes have issues simply accessing the TM30/TM47 websites and mobile apps from my home WiFi, I am not using a VPN. If I switch to mobile data I can connect. This problem is intermittent and not occuring this morning. I've seen this issue reported by other here and on FB, most often involving AIS Fibre.

A months or so ago I also encountered a problem on the TM30 website, after having used it successfully extensively since inception: I could not save a new record. But with the mobile app I was able to save a new record.

Is it still needed to leave the country and do it when back in, I thought they stopped it?

For many people a TM30 is not required unless they change addresses now (June of 2020). Not needed after arrival unless you entered on a new visa.

In most cases the online TM30 reporting is not needed now unless reporting guests.

Tricky: the visa is the same but I am getting a new stamp every time ( elite )

Depends on your IO. Most seem not to require it. Mine is unusually difficult (and corrupt). You could try posting her the name of the Imm office and asking. For sure in Bangkok not needed unless you have changed address.

As I already replied in another topic, this IS necessary in Chiang Mai. I did mine in person today. Returning to same address (owner) and many years on the same visa/extension.

As for online, I tried. Managed all the steps, but got an error at the very end. Three different browsers.

As I wrote before that are not following the new regulated that was done in June of last year or they do not want to obey it.

You can download it in English or Thai in the pinned topic for orders and etc.
