Living on the opposite side of Ping River in Don Keo

Observing since weeks or months huge earth movements on the San Phi Suea side, land seems to belong to Chang Beer,

 

Any idea what the plan is?

Which side is which? The side closer to Doi Suthep is which? Is this near the new Chiang Mai Beach....is that what it's called?

I was just there a few days ago looking for vacant land to build a house on. No luck on that front, but a next door neighbor to that building site said it was owned by Chang. That land is far too valuable to be a pig farm, as someone above stated. I'd presume it will be yet another moobaan.

Well, the pig farm was a nice joke putting the fear of God into the DonKeo habitants having nightmares about the to be expected eau de toilette PIGGYPIGGY
