This was from immigration in Hua Hin Anyone know if this is true? Well I never got my reminder e-mail in October …. Only realised the day before yesterday. Went to Immigration yesterday and handed in my application and was expecting a fine. IO came out and handed back my passport and 90Day slip … he was grinning and said something I didn’t quite catch. I didn’t ask him to repeat it, just said thank you and left. I did think all the staff looked much more happy and helpful than previous ..probably a change of the chief IO. 1 1 1

Mutt Daeng Posted January 8 Posted January 8 I didn't get a reminder email for my 90 day report due Jan 2025. I rely on my own records of when to do my 90 day reports online. I submitted on Sunday and received the approved email on Tuesday. 1 1

You have to do it latest tomorrow in person to avoid a fine or you just wait till your next Extension is due and get a fine of 2k THB. 1
Digitalbanana Posted January 14 Posted January 14 I keep my own reminders and not rely on waiting for Imm to email a reminder. I reported on line for CW on schedule 5-Jan (inside the 15-7 day prior window) without having received any email reminder. I got an immediate email pending and PDF file - so all good I thought and wait. A week later I got an email reminder I need to make a 90 day report even as my previous report a week earlier is still pending. Still pending 9 days later. Previously I got the approved PDF the next day.

In person, it's within 7 days of the due date, which includes the due date, so it was due today at the latest. They may cut some slack for a day, depends on which side of bed they get out of tomorrow. Any later and definitely a 2,000 BHT fine. 1

KannikaP Posted January 15 Posted January 15 Got an email reminder at 09.58 Sunday morning for 20th Jan, filled in the necessaries today, receipt at 10.00, approval at 10.21. I ain't complaining. 1
Liquorice Posted January 15 Posted January 15 4 hours ago, flexomike said: the day it is due is day one so it would have been required to submit by the 14th Absolutely correct. Many foreigners quote 15 days before and up to 7 days after the due date for in person reporting, which is not the same as 'within' 15 days before, or 'within' 7 days after as Immigration state. If quoting before and after dates, it should be 14 days before the due date and 6 days after the due date. The foreigner makes the notification in person, or authorizes another person to make the notification (The notification must be made within 15 days before or within 7 days after 90 days notification due date) https://bangkok.immigration.go.th/en/90days-report/ 'Within' includes the due date. 1

DUS Posted January 18 Posted January 18 Question: I recently got a new passport and did my first 90 days report with it at CW. Next one is due in April. When I logged into https://tm47.immigration.go.th only the reports on my old passport number were shown. Looking up for any entry on the new passport did bring up nothing. So what is the correct way forward? As I could not find the option to update my passport number on that website, do I have to create a new account with a new email address and start using that new account from April onwards? After having all the stamps etc successfully transferred from the old to the new passport I had hoped the 90 days report system would link those 2 numbers as well but that does not seem to be the case. Or do I just log in with my existing account details and then type in all the details (new passport number, nationality, address etc etc) when submitting the new application in April and that´s it? I´d appreciate if someone enlightened me about the "correct" way forward. Thank you!

You don't need to re-register online, in April type in your new passport number, address you used for your 'in person' first 90 day report with new passport at CW all good.... 1

In April just enter your old PP Number and Nationality and click the Magnifier Glass for autofill, as soon your details are on the Screen change the PP Number to the new one and if nothing else has change you can submit the Report. 1 1 1

I did make this mistake and filed it on Monday, 15 days "before" the due date. So I should have filed it on Tuesday. I wonder if that is why it is still pending today. There is a red "X" under the Cancel column. What does that mean? Anyone been in this situation and did you cancel and do new notification? I deal with CW in Bangkok.

That's been standard at least for me in BKK in recent months. Also, did my online filing to BKK CW last Friday around dinner-time. Got the confirmation email/next reporting due date back from Immigration today/Monday early afternoon. IMHO, it's a stupid requirement for long-term expats residing here on annual extensions of stay. But at least, for the present, the online reporting system is working. 1

Then go ahead, hit the 'X', cancel, and immediately do another submission. Then wait it out, and monitor the result at the site. Good luck! 1
