Anyone else having trouble paying MEA bill via the MEA app with credit card? My Visa has failing over the last week or so despite me paying my bill with the same credit card for the last 3 years or more. Card works everywhere else.

I use PEA web site without any problems. Never been able to get their app to work

 Yes I experienced issues with MEA app a few months ago when it seemed to change to chillpay ( or was it chillipay). So much so I got someone else to pay manually the first month while I investigated. Finally I ended up using internet banking link from the App and discontinued using card. Hope that works for you .

PEA bills have a QR code on them you scan with your banks app to pay them.

Perhaps yours does too.

The same can be done from MEA app.   Capture the monthly bill pay QR code on your MEA app statement, go to your bank app, pick the 'pay using QR code' option on your bank app, insert the MEA app provided QR code, and pay.

I do this also as the MEA account is in my condo owners name.  Really simple.
