If you live a long way away from your local DLT office then can get number by looking it up on the internet.

Chonburi -- we have to go to the office in central Chonburi to obtain new number plates after transferring our car from a different province. 

no answer from their phone number.

Christmas is a Christian festival ,Thailand is a Buddhist country ,Christmas does not apply ,if to today was a week day schools ,banks etc would be open.

No reason why DL centre should shut .

They didn't. Not another long weekend stampede before NYE mass exodus.

Government offices are open incl immigration.
