You are right about the psychological aspect. Doesn't matter what they eventually look like, as mentally they are still the same person. Way better spending the money on a psychologist, than making a plastic surgeon rich.

I always thought Meg Ryan had the perfect girl-next-door look.  I was shocked to see that she thought plastic surgery could improve on her natural beauty.  A pig face with a Joker smile.  But yeah, Michael Jackson took it to the ultimate level.

When I was doing agency nursing in London the first thing I worked out when on a shift in a new place was whether the person in charge was a Brit or foreign. If not a Brit I knew my shift would likely be more pleasant than if she was.

Having said that, some Brit women were very nice people.

I don't make fun of ugly women.  That's simply cruel.  But when you're 15+ stones overweight then that's not due to luck.

All this is based on our own experiences and doesnt make it true, but still, there is some few countries I feel more welcome than others

I'm well aware of that, but in the case of many Thai bargirls I'm pretty sure they ain't intending for the farang man to still be around in the future. Once they have got as much out of him as possible, they'll go back to their real love- the Thai BF.
