Commando police in Bangkok finally caught up with a cashier who skipped bail after being sentence to 20 years for bank fraud.

Jiras Thanathathip, also known as Sasiphachat Praphasawat, 44, was arrested at a condominium in the Ramkhamhaeng area of the Thai capital, reported INN yesterday.

Between January 2010 and August 2013 while working in the finance section of a luxury car dealership in the Ram Inthra area she put in 83 fake withdrawal slips.

She conspired with others to defraud a bank of 16 million baht.

When the fraud came to light she was taken to court. The court handed down a 20 year sentence with no suspension but she failed to turn up to the reading of the judgment.

It took three commando police to arrest that little gal and she’s been on the run for like 8 1/2 years wow TIT

Commando police used for catching cashier who skipped bail.

How about using the Commandos for catching Boss (redbull).

Seems an overkill, to catch a cashier.

She did a runner before the sentencing that she didn't show up for...as the OP clearly stated.

What is overkill about three police officers being involved in a B16,000,000 conspiracy to defraud investigation arrest?
