FYI.  I am a Veterinarian.  Graduated 1983 - retired after 37 years of practice. I do have some idea what I am talking about .  You , your tame vets, and your 60 feral cats can believe what you want.

I did the 3-shot rabies vaccines in October 2017. Difficult to find out if I need a booster but I e-mailed BPH to ask an appointment for one. Can I have it together with a Jap encyphalitis booster?

I actually contacted a few of these so called Stray Dog charaties.

 

I offered to donate and help get a donation drive together from expats.

 

Crickets!

 

Not one of the organizations replied to my messages.
