I scanned a couple of old photos from when I first arrived on Koh Phangan. I'll have to look around for Thong Sala photos, but here is one of the main road in Hadrin.

here a cool sunset in october, over the angthon marine national park, also a whale in the same area and the beach where the picture where taken, at the right side, pirate bar (moonset party place)

Here's one of the big buddha on Samui. It was taken a few years ago by a film camera, and I have recently scanned it so my apologies for the not so great quality.

It was taken from a remote beach north of the buddha, just as the sun was setting. I was quite surprised how it came out, as it was still light when I took it.

Tried to Google 'striped clouds' but there's nothing similar so far.

You might want to sell the pics thru a photo agency...#2 and 4 are very nice..

Lao, he/she took off from the narrow (10m at the time) beach to the right of our house, did a couple of heart-stopping pendulum swings on climb, and headed off along the coast towards Haad Rin.

I haven't seen him/her since.
