Shopee: my address suddenly become an "unsupported address" after multiple packages successfully delivered.

Featured Replies

My address suddenly became an "unsupported address" when I have had multiple packages successfully delivered to this exact address.

Note: address is central Sukhumvit.

Anyone have experience/a resolution? Shopee help is unnavigable.

What part of Thailand are you in?

Bangkok, lower Sukhumvit so it is not an out of the way delivery.

Did you forget to leave a tip?   :whistling:

Just encountered the same problem.  Dozens of deliveries before, never rejected items.  Tried changing the address format a few times but nothing, still unsupported?

I might have a solution for you...

1. Launch Chrome Browser

2. Open Shopee TH website

3. Choose Thai as standard language (NOT English !)

4. Sign In

5. Use the translation tool with Chrome (Thai > English)

6. The "unsupported address" in English will be back to normal

PS: The solution comes straight from Shopee Thailand and, in my case, it works !
