Hi folks, during the songkran holidays, i've been ticketed 5 times (recieved by a  post)!!! 2 on the same road with only 30min apart. aparently was on 120-130km on 90km country roads... w00t w00t???

 

So at the same timing this month, i had appointed to renew my divers license + motobike and had to pay annual tax.

I was expecting some trouble for soma yadda bout the fines, but I was surprised I didnt get any boombasitica.

So whats up? Anyone here got da experience or any stories to tell about the speeding tickets???

Seems da police & transport dept systems aren't linked.

Where have you been the last couple of years and all the talk about cameras and tickets and points. This has been coming about now for a few years.

You may think you need not pay them , but they don't forget ,

I keep getting letters from them to pay the fines ,for tenants

that left 2 years ago and another 4 years ago, every few months

they send them, and I mark return to sender, put them in post box,

E for enforcement - there is no system between courts and police to enforce most traffic violation penalties.

Noyt even sure they bother to calibrate the instruments properly. 

 

However, self discipline should prevent you from speeding as it is the most common factor in accidents.

 

If you were speeding you should pay them.

 

If you got two on the same road the same day they will forgive one of them.
