That's just gainsaying unless you can support it with some evidence.

 

Please provide the "statistics" you are referring to. 

 

To be clear, I'm willing to concede that in counties where fewer people own motor cars, fewer people drive cars, and where people that do drive cars, drive shorter distances or in heavy traffic, fewer people will be killed in car accidents.
