Popular Post webfact Posted July 1, 2022 Popular Post Posted July 1, 2022 By Adam Judd Pattaya-Pattaya Police and tourist police have stepped up overnight patrols on Beach Road following recent reports of theft from Indian tourists in the Pattaya area. Early this morning, July 1st, 2022, patrols of police were seen walking up and down Beach Road while officials from the Pattaya Police Department promised to continue to keep the patrols running. According to Police Lieutenant Thanaphat Klebe-Udom from the Pattaya Tourist Police, officers were interviewing “suspiciously” loitering individuals at random, especially transgenders, and ensuring they had no criminal history and questioning why these people were loitering in the area. richard_smith237 Posted July 1, 2022 Posted July 1, 2022 While they are at it they perhaps should do something to deal with all the drunk aggressive foreigners…. ???? 1
jacko45k Posted July 1, 2022 Posted July 1, 2022 Is Beach Rd where this is focused.... there was a bit on 2nd and even 3rd wasn't there? (Well there will be now!) 1

Popular Post 2baht Posted July 1, 2022 Popular Post Posted July 1, 2022 Indians are lining up, borrowing money to get to Pattaya to file a claim! 2 2
RanongCat Posted July 1, 2022 Posted July 1, 2022 why is when the news is getting more and more about the stolen gold the size of the necklaces is getting bigger too?
LiamB80 Posted July 1, 2022 Posted July 1, 2022 I did a short walk along beach rd yesterday from Royal Garden to Walking Street and back and people kept whispering “weed coke ecstasy” at me. 1
ChrisY1 Posted July 1, 2022 Posted July 1, 2022 The Indians are under attack.....not a cop in sight and as usual...no arrests. 1

khunPer Posted July 1, 2022 Posted July 1, 2022 Either Indian people outnumber tourists from other nations, or kathoeys especially prefers to rob Indians...

Just as it has always been and how they originated. Fighting crime and serving the needs of ordinary people who are victims of crime is a Western concept, and must seem quite odd to them, that there are people who perform this role as a job overseas and not purely for profit.

brucegoniners Posted July 1, 2022 Posted July 1, 2022 I have a really stupid question. Why is it always "Indian tourists"? Are they just more prone to take Ladyboys?
RichardColeman Posted July 1, 2022 Posted July 1, 2022 35 minutes ago, brucegoniners said: I have a really stupid question. Why is it always "Indian tourists"? Same reason (my opinion) that its usually Indians asking you on the phone about your recent accident and that there is a problem with your computer they can help you with.

JayBird Posted July 2, 2022 Posted July 2, 2022 These Indians are becoming a nuisance and drain on police resources. I hardly recall an issue before they came, nor anyone else claiming a problem. Maybe inform all Indians on arrival: If you wear gold you will not be helped by police nor given a report for insurance claims

There most certainly was pre-Covid......the Indians were well known as being victim to every scam in the book....from the street necklace dipping to the spare katoey under the bed rifling through their pockets. They came across as very lacking in 'street wise'. 1
roger101 Posted July 3, 2022 Posted July 3, 2022 Beach Road 3 o'clock in the morning and they get mugged. What do they expect.
