Best Rental Car Rates (and Good Insurance)

Family is coming to visit - and all of us are big people. Looked on the net and something like a Toyota Camry is ridiculous at over US$100 a day! I need a good size comfortable car for four people.

Any recommendations out there. Want something in good condition that could also handle a trip up to Khao Lak or down to Krabi.

Mike's Bikes in Chalong do good, larger vehicle rentals, I saw they have a jeep cherokee on the forecourt - not sure on the rental rates but he's quite competitive

Dont be scared of the big names like budget, they have some very attractive offers @ the moment, I have a brand new Honda Accord 2.4 top of range from them, which is apparently worth about £28000. I think you can get them for about £30 a day on a 3 day basis @ the moment. Smart car and about the same torque as an impreza if you like to put yer foot down
