It said it was 32% cheaper here, which I find to be pretty much close to the mark, that said, it was based on western foods reaching 2,400 calories per day, however as I don't eat more than 2,000 calories per day, it works out than that.

I'm surprised, it's pretty accurate. This website used to be a joke but now it's quite good, thanks.

Those comparisons need to be taken with huge grain of salt.  Good ballpark reference, but that's about it.

 

Just compared Hua Hin to Prachuap KK, and some seemed right, while others were way off:

Milk 60 vs 43, should be exactly the same

VW Golf 1.5 m vs 850k ... that's just silly
