Even a "small" tactical nuke on London (or even the middle of Dartmoor) would lead to the total annihilation of Russia, there are three nuclear armed countries in NATO each of which has nuke armed subs pointed in their general direction.

Right now it is Russia vs Ukraine and many volunteers from the West and weapons provided by the West...

I doubt it - launching a nuke on any country in NATO, especially one which has submarines out there which are ready to deploy at a moments notice is suicide.

 

Is Putin stupid enough to push the 'suicide button' - I doubt it.

 

Would he be allowed to push it anyway even if he wanted to - also I doubt it because the entire military there know what the guaranteed result would be.

Russia would be reduced to rubble, not to be confused with the ruble.
