Banglamung, Chonburi — A robber escorted by Banglamung police apologized to a 55-year-old wheelchair-bound lottery ticket seller after he robbed her of her money and many other valuables.

The suspect, 27-year-old Mr. Wasil “Tap” Singhaphukam, prostrated to show his remorse at the feet of Ms. Pukthong Kuthong, a lottery ticket seller whom he robbed on the evening of October 27th, according to Banglamung police, during his crime reenactment yesterday, October 30th.

Tap was arrested for robbing Ms. Pikthong of her phone, amulets, necklace, and cash worth 4,000 baht on Sukhumvit Road in the Banglamung subdistrict of Banglamung, Chonburi.

Good for her!!! Accept the apology + don't drop the charges.

If victims drop the charges, it would be open season on the disabled / others as these pea-brained idiots would just think a couple wais and they can walk away.

Enjoy jail buddy!

I thought the omnipotent Prayuth had banned these?

Would the perpetrator have robbed another disabled male in a rare mano-a-mano?

He should have raised suspicion from the start, wearing a full motorcycle helmet. Obviously up to no good.

Are there enough trees growing in Thailand to build the amount of stocks required

Should have stamped on his head.. I would.

He would have a special welcoming party in a US prison....one that he will never forget.

Another 'low' in Thailand.

This one even a lot lower than this lowest 'Wai' he could ever perform.

On earth to burn oxygen... sent by Buddha to help make forest fires less fiery.
