Set Top Box for Thai TV Channels

We had an old settop box that used to get many channels but now seems mainly advertising channels. I retuned it but most channels like TV 3, 5, 7 are gone so Wifey advised me.

I'd like to purchase another set-top-box that has these channels. Recommendations please.:)

Is this antique box for digital terrestrial (has a TV-type antenna) or for satellite free-to-view (has a dish)?

New TVs have digital tuners built-in, could be time to treat yourself ???? 

 

If your existing box is digital terrestrial maybe just a re-alignment of the antenna is all that's needed ????
