Husband disappeared for more than a year

Does someone know what happens if falang husband disappear more than a year? He lives abroad at the moment, doesn't wants to go back Thailand but his thai wife doesn't wants to divorce because maybe she still loves him haha

I guess if legal married to a thai woman, she got legal rights wherever he is. Just send an search warrant for him to his embassy.
