What is the best English language school in Bangkok for non-Thai would-be Ed-visa holder?

I don't think there is any school in Bangkok that teaches English exclusively to classes of non-Thai adults.

I couldn't tell you what the "best" is, but you'll find several universities in Bangkok with an international school offering English language degrees. I knew several foreign and Thai students enrolled in the Ramkhamhaeng international school English program and a few went on to top Thailand grad schools.

 

Chulalongkorn and Kasetsart have international schools offering English degrees, but I don't know anyone who was enrolled in their undergrad programs.
