Every time I try to use Gett or Bolt to book a ride, it says 

 

Unavailable in your area

 

Tried it in many areas of BKK

 

Never had this problem before, anywhere in the world.

 

Is there something I need to do to get this working?

Have you tried grab?

Did you turn on lacation sharing on your phone?

Bolt "should" work, Gett shouldn't (it doesn't have a presence in Thailand). Most people seem to recommend Grab.
