OP you mean border bounce for visa exempt entry.

That currently gives 45 day stamp.

Where are you located.

That determines best option.

Your OP is very vague

You will get a 45 day stamp when you arrive before march 31. Then about 2 weeks before expiration date you’ll need to go to the immigration office to get a 30 day extension. Then do a border run before the extension expires, take a bus or rent a car, cheaper and easier.

I did a VTE visa run in Jan 23'

$40 Immigration

Airfare about 280 Euro

3 day nice hotel 180 euro

Couple of options.

Take border run to Cambodia which involves long gig in van

OR

Fly Udon Thani and bounce to Nong Khai bridge.

For me it would be return (cheap) flight to Saigon for a mini holiday.

I would rather fly out of the country if I was first going to the airport!

Did Puh Quoc last time, perfect gettaway from Thailand. Not busy, and ok destination to stay one or two nights.

Edit note, no papers and hassel free.

Flight from Bangkok to PQ would be via Saigon.

Phu Quoc a dive in my books.

Nope, direct flights and I hope it will last. Best visa run ever!

And if you need a hide out for a month before your return, you get 30 days visa exempt on arrival at Puh Quoc not the normal 15 days you get at mainland.
