Daily News Thai Caption: Son of a cop
 

Daily News reported from Ratchaburi in central Thailand where a group of hoodlums known as "Premium Gang" fronted by brothers who are the sons of a Pak Tho station policeman were arrested for a string of attacks at an electrical appliances store.

 

On Wednesday the brothers - Khanin, 24, and Naphat, 26 - had said:

 

"We'll be here every day. We're the sons of a cop and we're untouchable".

 

Pak Tho police did nothing on Wednesday after the brothers arrived with swords to threaten male staff members at the Siam Chai store on the Pak Tho to Samut Sakhon Road.

 

True to their word they returned on Thursday for more.

But yesterday they brought associates numbering ten men who vaulted a back door and went for male staffers who fled in all directions.

 

Daily News said the brothers used to work at the store and had been sacked for a problem that had arisen.

 

Their mission was revenge against employees who were former colleagues.

 

Both brothers were arrested yesterday evening after Pol Capt Khacha Ornlao of the Pak Tho police went to the store.

 

The gang had used swords and clubs to attack staff. There was no mention of the arrest of others involved in the incident or the rank of the father at the police station.

 

A staffer described how he had fled from the back of the store to the front as the gang invaded via the back.

 

He had been injured in the arm and leg.

 

He said he had always worked amicably with the brothers and didn't know what the problem was.

 

The media's sources said that the gang was known locally as "Premium Gang". Their members had often been arrested but were always released soon after.

 

The brothers were reportedly in custody facing blood tests for drugs.

another case of ' don't you know who I am ' .....   pathetic  !

Yet again the RTP in a bad daylight,no need to bash them.

They are doing ok on their own.

Question is,when will some one say "enough is enough?"

Two Thai institutions that should provide trust and honesty are really

making them selves look really bad in the eyes of every one.

Corruption is keeping the poor people poor and make the rich richer.

Using swords and clubs, I'm waiting for the day they will upgrade to spears and bow and arrows...

I have a sneaking suspicion there will be a "part two" to this story. ????

This is a problem in Thailand to many people have people in high places looking after them the police ???? are  notorious for this ????

The RTP are their own worst enemies. No PR is possible at this point. They have no credibility on any level. The degree to which they are toxic, corrupt, incapable, a detriment to society and a blight on the nation cannot be over estimated.

How were the police involved in these incidents apart from being bragged about by their sons?

I never said the RTP were part of the attacks but that they were involved.

The apple doesn't fall far from the tree, a cop brought them up, maybe they saw how/learnt, he thought he was immune from the law too, i wonder what rank he is,
