I've  heard 'they' are building or have a Little Havana Cuban Style area somewhere in Pattaya.  Does anybody know anything  about this?

There is the Havana Bar and restaurant at Holiday Inn on Beach Rd. They do salsa lessons on Sunday evenings.

That's Mexican food and drink not Cuban. Try Cristal or Bucanero for Cuban beers but you'd probably have to fly to La Habana to get some because of the stupid embargo.
