House Oversight Chairman James Comer has quietly subpoenaed Bank of America asking for records relating to three of Hunter Biden’s business associates, the committee’s ranking Democrat, Rep. Jamie Raskin, disclosed in a letter sent to Comer on Sunday.

 

The subpoena was broad and called for “all financial records” spanning 14 years, beginning in 2009, according to a copy of the letter obtained by CNN.

 

Bank of America has since turned over a considerable number of materials in compliance with the subpoena, a source familiar with the communications told CNN.

They did admit the laptop was his because they filed a lawsuit against the Mac Store owner for breaching their data and confidentiality on the laptop.  All nonsense as idiot Hunter signed away his rights when he gave the laptop for repair and left it beyond the 90 days.

There are different issues:

- the laptop. As you mention, they have admitted it was his laptop,

- the files. They may or may not be his, or all of them may not be his files, as there is no guarantee there was no tampering. And not admissible in court as there was a breach of chain custody.

- even in the case the files were his, these files don't show any criminal activity by Hunter. They also don't implicate Joe as he was not a shareholder of the JV project discussed in the email. The NYPost has kept a copy of the laptop content for 2 gears, and nothing else has come up yet.

I have rarely seen such a blatant demonstration of utter cluelessness as you have just revealed. For one thing, the key to modern warfare is advanced chips. Biden has seen to it that China denied access both to the machines that can make advanced chips, and to advanced chips themselves.

I don't know what kind of education you had, but I know that I was taught the futility of proving a negative. Let's say, Comer alleged that Biden was in league with an alien space force. How would Biden disprove that?
