Daily News reported that a clip went viral on social media that showed two topless women at a foam party.

 

They were strutting their pre-Songkran stuff on tables as partygoers ogled.

 

It turned out to be a concert-cum-foam party on Sri Nakharin Road in Muang district of Samut Prakan.

Muang district police chief Pol Col Noppadon Changreuan said it all went down at 11pm on Sunday night.

 

The party was next to Home Pro, added the chief.

 

He sent his officers in to find Maneerat, aged 26, on a charge of offending public decency.

A man called Ong-art, 33, was also charged with operating an illegal establishment. Both were taken in for interrogation.

 

The media said in their headline that a fine had been paid by the lady.

 

There was no other mention of the second person who bared her chest.

As usual, the RTP is doing everything in their power to avoid real crime fighting. 

 

The RTP and this foolish administration should be focusing their efforts on traffic and public safety, easing import tariffs, making visa policy simpler, and more friendly, boosting Western tourism (if that is even possible at this late stage, after spending ten years sabotaging the industry), real crackdowns on slavery, illegal fishing (instead of nonsensical hyperbole), and police corruption, cleaning up the water, the air, the rivers, and the beaches, and other things that actually improve lives.

But there are a lot of Thai hypocrites who make the police big problems. You always see that mob when they demand from the premier to make some day alcohol free.
These groups don't get angry about slavery, or some big environment problems. But if there is a naked nipple they are up in arms...And they are well connected

Police fined a nightclub owner 20,000 baht and a sexy Thai woman 5,000 baht after she got her boobs out and danced erotically at a Songkran party in Samut Prakarn province near Bangkok last week.

 

Several entertainment venues in Bangkok have warmed up for the Thai New Year by hosting pre-Songkran events and parties before the official festival gets underway.

 

One of those pre-Songkran parties went viral on Thai social media after a video showed a beautiful Thai woman dancing topless on the table on Sunday, April 9.

This outdoor party has been going on until way beyond midnight for 5 nights now, with music and microphone shouting that is so loud, that we can hear it inside our bedroom with closed windows 5 kms away. I feel pity for all the residents living nearby.

They have all been covered up now ( the lady with the big boobies in Rayong, at an intersection comes to mind) only penises remain uncovered, some with a pretty scarf on too????.
