Pol. Gen. Surachet Hakpal, Deputy Commissioner of Police, held a press conference on May 9, 2023, to provide an update on the high-profile "Am-Cyanide" case.

During the press conference, he revealed that an arrest warrant had been issued for Am in connection to 15 cases, including 14 murder cases and one attempted murder case dating back to 2015, as reported by Thai Rath.

The authorities have been able to trace a financial trail that led to an account worth 78 million baht, which was subsequently transferred to 11-12 other individuals.

To facilitate the investigation, a sub-war room has been established in Nakhon Pathom, located in Region 7, where most of the witnesses linked to the case reside. The police are leading the inquiry and have made significant progress in the case.

Pol. Gen. Surachet assured the public that the evidence gathered so far could connect every detail of each case, and there was no need to be concerned.

He also disclosed that the authorities are widening their investigation to include all those potentially involved in the case, although he did not provide specific details. He mentioned that the authorities would not hesitate to seek an arrest warrant if necessary.

In conclusion, Pol. Gen. Surachet emphasized the authorities' dedication to leaving no stone unturned in their pursuit of justice. He urged the public to remain vigilant and report any relevant information that could aid in the investigation.

Complicity is the participation in a completed criminal act of an accomplice, a partner in the crime who aids or encourages (abets) other perpetrators of that crime, and who shared with them an intent to act to complete the crime.

So there will be another 11-12 people charged with aiding and abetting murder?

I wonder how many of the 11-12 are police?

Interesting, suggests someone with position and power might be involved.

My guess is the 78 million is largely the result of her takings from the Ponzi scheme, and the 11-12 are either online gambling website operators or loan sharks facilitating finance for the same.

No doubt a few will be wearing brown.

I doubt any are involved in the murders themselves, or knew, but instead are involved in ancillary financial crimes.
