Huge crowd piles pressure on Dutch government to seek an end to Israel's campaign in Gaza
It absolutely IS against International Law. Israel has a duty to provide food and water to the civillian population of Gaza - fact. This has been stated many many times by both the UN and lawyers. -

Your favourite bars in Nana, and why. (Positive only)
Other than sitting at the bar at the entrance in the afternoon and having a few beers, I've only been inside Nana Plaza maybe once in the last 15 years. If I've been more times than that, I surely don't remember. Anyway, Nana Plaza was my first bar stop in Thailand 25 years ago. Don't ask me which one. All I remember is that it was on the second or third level and towards the back. I think the next day I went to check out Woodstock during the afternoon. A nice break from the heat. They used to show movies during the day, and the food wasn't too bad. -

Renewal of non o based on retirement
Sometimes this is accepted, but other times they want a bank-stamped statement. The OP is getting the bank-stamped one, which will definitely work. -

Yep, contact below the knees I'm afraid. Imagine if they had the camera's available now back then. -

Couple of Retirement visa questiond for you experts
Understood. Btw, one thing that I have not realized until now is that timing is important. My EOS anniversary is mid-June. That means that I must be physically present in Thailand during the May-June timeframe. This kind of sucks, because late spring and early summer is the time that I like to travel overseas - and now I won't be able to do that. At least not without juggling the EOS renewal appointments, etc. My current thinking is to exit without a Re-Entry Permit and time the next Non O so that my EOS starts in January. That is the timeframe that I'd rather be in Thailand than anywhere else (mostly because of the weather), so it won't disrupt my travel plans. -
