Donald Trump is facing charges in two separate criminal investigations, and he was separately ordered to pay millions of dollars to a writer after being found liable for sexual abuse.

He is also under investigation for his alleged efforts to overturn his 2020 election defeat.

Here are the cases ahead that pose the most serious legal risks for the former president, who is the frontrunner for the Republican nomination in 2024.

Mr Trump is facing his second indictment - a historic first for a US president - over a Department of Justice investigation into the removal of government documents from the White House, which were then taken to Mr Trump's Florida estate, Mar-a-Lago, after he left office.

As big as Russia,Russia,Russia. If Trump goes to jail he will have a lot of roommates all Democrats.

You make an excellent point. Just look at the remarkable success of John Durham's investigation. He started out trying to prove that prominent Democrats and the Justice dept had conspired against Trump and ended up with 2 failed prosecutions of persons accused of deceiving the FBI. I bet those Democrats are running scared now.,

That might be so, if you can provide the evidence for it.

How IMHO as usual, you are just beating your gums as you have nothing of any substance that can be taken to any court in the USA as evidence against ANY Democrat.

I am sure that if there were such evidence it would have been acted upon by now.
