Tennessee lawmaker files Articles of Impeachment against President Joe Biden.

The bill also claims a form filed by the Biden administration which was obtained by a GOP committee this year "reportedly details a bribery scheme in which members of the Biden family, including Joseph Robinette Biden, received $5,000,000 each to assist Burisma Holdings."

The document is called an FD-1023 form and it's what agents use when they get a tip from the public about a possible crime. There is reason to believe that Rudy Giuliani is the one who made that report, given comments in Bill Barr's autobiography.

Using "facts" from 2020 while discussing the bidens is clearly problematic. Many "facts" have changed. The laptop being verified as authentic not "russian disinformation" and that payments from dodgy foreigners to a web of shell companies associated with the bidens exist at all for starters.

Did you miss the part where it's been established that nobody involved in these claims actually knows whether there are any tapes?

 

All we have so far, is Chuck Grassley talking about an unverified, uncorroborated tip from an unidentified "confidential human source" who claimed that there was somebody who had some tapes.

 

There is as yet, no evidence that these tapes actually exist, as both Jim Jordan and Ron Johnson have acknowledged.
