The most irritating pipsqueak I can think of in Thailand.

If his content had anything vaguely intelligent, entertaining or appealing it would be ok but it's just childish garbage.

“I hired 50 police officers to hunt for me and my team members in the abandoned shopping mall!”

To be honest I don't see the attraction in this man-child parading around as an adult.

Yet thousands follow him funding his lavish lifestyle and childish antics....

A crazy world we live in now.

How much did he pay each BIB (cop) ?

I guess his YouTube channel is popular enough that he gets monetized

such that he can afford to hire these cops as "extras" in his prank.

In a nutshell ... "Dumb & Dumber"

Do you mean Nate?  Or the participating police?

I mean, regarding the latter, don't they have anything else better to be doing???

No, Nate is taking the urine, he has obviously paid for their services indulging in a childish game, how much does dignity cost these days?

And now he has everyone from regular Thais to old-fart AN readers talking about him, driving traffic to YouTube and notching up a few thousand more subscribers.

That should get him from his current 13.3 million subscribers to around 15 million...plus a nice chunk of extra ad revenue.

Well done, "my mate," - excellent publicity stunt!

This idiot again. I suspected it from the headline before reading the post.

Just confirms BIB for hire!

This must be a huge embarrassment for the Royal Thai Police. A Gigantic Joke.

Every participant should be suspended without pay for at least 90 days. And the entire chain of command needs to be sacked.

I can't believe the police unholster their weapons.

Can't tell for sure but it looks like some Special Branch 191 members?

Most people who hate Nate are probably envious of his Thai Language skills.

As for the police, the ONLY time you see any of them in numbers is when  they

provide road assistance for a VIP motorcade., or at a Checkpoint , where they

NEVER check for working tail lights.

No no no, you under estimate him.

On the practical side, former volunteer English teacher in Thailand Nathan had as of April 2023 about 13 million subscribers versus almost 1.4 million subscribers in 2016. As of July 2019 he had a 50 million baht home in Thailand.

How many complaining net citizens can match that success? No trafficking, no scams, no gambling, etc. I'm sure the Thai government would like to see more Nathan-type YouTubers living in Thailand adding to the culture, wealth and democratization of the nation.
