a topical cream might work in your case. depends on the type of pain and person. 

 

i have 6 broken ankles from playing football and now my knees are paying a price. i rub cream on them when it flares up. within minutes the pain is gone. 

 

doesn't work for everyone but i have seen many positive results.

What do you call a topical cream? Do you mean like a liniment?

a body cream. like body lotion but made with cannabis. something you would apply to the area of concern.

Can you give more information - name of the product and where to buy it?

Most government hospitals have a Cannabis Clinic. I get my CBD oil from the Surin Government Hospital. I pay a 240 baht doctors fee and a 140 baht pharmacy charge for a 2 month supply.  

In Bangkok BNH has a cannabis clinic with a neurologist on site. They seem to use the GPO medical cannabis products.
