Did we have the best of it ? Is Britain Lost ?
The, not so, thinly veiled racism in many of posts on this subject show that (at least here on A.N.) many of the racist, low IQ, far right posters yearn for a return to the days of polio, food rationing and signs in rooming houses saying “No blacks, no Irish, no dogs”. Yeah right. The good old days eh? -

Dollar seen as risky currency status alert
Yes, they want the dollar and Trump to fail. Some of these twisted Democrats are siding with China. These types of articles written by experts are adding to the drop in USD strength, because it's sentiment that drives the markets, not real economic data. Let's take a look at the USDX going back 25 years on a monthly chart. It dropped about 10 points in the last 3 months, but this is not the first time this has happened, and it's far too early to predict doom and gloom, but the negative (expert) reporters are trying their damndest to make it collapse. It has ranged between 71 and 120, so now it's somewhere near the average price. I remember having arguments with a friend who was predicting the imminent collapse of the USD 15 years ago. -

Woman Mauled by Pit Bull Cross She Adopted From Shelter
Quite agree. No sympathy for people who have these dogs and then get mauled. But the dogs also go after other people especially innocent children. Punishment for the owners should be at least the same as if they committed the attack themselves. I can't go for a walk here in the countryside because of the aggressive dogs. -

Aladdin's Cave of Classic Cars Uncovered in Countryside!
A hidden treasure trove of over 180 classic cars has been unveiled in the English countryside, tucked away for years by an anonymous owner. This remarkable collection, found in two barns and on adjacent land in South Gloucestershire, has captured the imaginations of car enthusiasts everywhere. As auction day approaches, excitement builds around the possibility of uncovering motoring gems. Among the dazzling array are icons like a 1960s Aston Martin and a Jaguar with the unique registration '3 TV', both expected to sell for tens of thousands. However, the collection is a mixed bag; while some cars are pristine, others languish under layers of dirt, with vegetation threatening to swallow them whole. The site itself is a chaotic wonder, featuring not just British classics, but American legends like a Cadillac thought to have been owned by unnamed celebrities. Interest in the upcoming auction, slated for June 28, is skyrocketing. Finley Hutchings from Tewkesbury Auction Centre revealed that their social media post garnered an astonishing 1.7 million views within a day. He noted, "There are some very nice pieces, cool stuff, and some very rare things." With potentially 700 to 800 lots up for grabs, the sale could indeed be the "sale of the century." Motoring signs, spare parts, and even a boat add to the intrigue. As preparations continue to ensure the site’s security—once visited by curious explorers—the location will be disclosed closer to the auction date. The vast collection, painstakingly assembled over many years, marks the end of an era for the owner as he sells the property, offering a once-in-a-lifetime chance for enthusiasts to own a piece of automotive history.
