Sometimes I eat homemade, sometimes from the market, or from the street, or restaurants.

All can be good and sometimes it makes sense to buy it from vendors who don't do anything else.

Strawberries, blackberries, dried cranberries and all bran with soy milk, followed by 2 slices of toast and Branston's onion chutney.

Homemade bread (100% whole wheat), homemade ham, homemade kefir milk, all I need now is a few chickens 

 

I went to Cheap Charlie's this morning in the Jomtien area hardly cheap but beautiful breakfast ,

 

Tried another one last week , Kiwi wombat lounge no butter,  for my toast so I took the jam sachet with me to make up for it,will use it later myself .
