We don't know, not having access to those who decide.

Apparently the Attorney General is musing slapping him with a lese majeste charge from a speech he made in Korea a few years back.

He's a bargaining chip whilst in the 'hospital'  

Could be used to extract more concessions from PT regarding constitutional reform.
