Could be as simple as poor diet, and poor people likely have poor diet, and getting water from a well 10 miles away may not be that great healthwise.

It would likely require a study that would cost a lot and benefit the 1% not at all, so unlikely to happen. Poor people can't afford a lot of drugs, so not a target for the rip off pharmacy industry.

No, you are generalising street walkers all the same. My experience of beach road ladies is i would seek out newbies or less experienced ladies, i wouldn't get the hardened pros, of course the older farang more desperate tying to pay the minimum might go for them.

On demand makes sense if not doing it every week, BTW 400 baht at Red Cross, Creatinine test every 6-8 months

My best pal died from aids about 3 years back, he had none of those symptoms.

What he did have was a year of one disease after another while living in a London hospital ward and he gradually wasted away.

You must be talking about western prostitution. No street walkers that I've seen in Thailand. They either work in bars, or outside wait ( sitting or standing in a doorway ) to be approached. Street walkers approach potential customers and initiate the contact.

My drinking phase was between dumping my partner and discovering Thailand, and I didn't have intercourse during those years, so never had the opportunity to experience that. Never going to have the chance again.

Other than that I think I had a wide ranging sexual experience in a few countries, which will have to suffice.
