Today (as an old geezer) I look at it in a different way. Today, having sex means to insert a part of my lower body (resembling a cucumber) into the lower part of a female (resembling a mysterious pink body opening).

 

The act usually includes the utterance of animalistic noises, ranging from howling wolves to the guttural noises of a hippo. The "climax" of all this activity is short for women and even shorter for men. Whereas the longer term results of this animalistic encounter may be longer lasting.

Finally, women past menopause have mostly lost interest in "reproduction" as opposed to old men still looking with interest at younger women, not really knowing why.

Clearly, God (the Gods) are feminists. Making the aging process for women much easier than for men.

To the point: How is your sex-life as a senior male? In Thailand or elsewhere?

Why is this even a question? The answer is not complicated or philosophical.  It's because your parents had sex and either wanted you, or you were an accident.

 

Why people want to have kids is still beyond me and a more interesting question. I've never been interested in making a family.

Here's my contribution.

I don't have a sex life. I use my hand when necessary. As an old guy now, the only way to get sex with a good-looking female with a good body is to pay for it, and that doesn't interest me as once the sex is over, I think to myself, what a waste of time and money and all I want to do is get the hell outa there. On top of that, things don't work as well as they used to, and Viagra gives me a hungover feeling that lasts the next day too. It's not worth the sacrifice.

 

I have no sex life and it's fine by me. I'm happy not to be thinking about it all the time as when I was a young man.

 

Some people might remember me saying I was married. That's over too, but before it finished there wasn't any sex for years.

I enjoy a good shower and a cold beer as much as anything.

Old-age sex is a difficult proposition for single guys who don't want to pay to play. 

Started losing interest right after Covid hit. Downhill ever since. I blame it on age since I don't have another reason really (54 now). Nothing physical wrong, maybe it's depression?

 

It's so bad for me now an attractive woman could offer and I would just shrug it off. 🤷🏻‍♂️ I hope things improve. I still remember having a great time sexually before Covid hit.

 

I'm still attracted to exceptional women, but they don't pass my way very often.

Having a decent body could also be a factor. I'm getting a little flabby in the chest area. That's not real confidence inspiring with someone in their 20's who wants to play in the sack.

As the OP I am still open for further contributions, but I think this is reflecting the situation of a large number of seniors. May they live in Thailand or wherever else.

Thanks. Honesty goes a long way. Keep opening new therads. As controversial and challeging they may be.

If someone is in their 40's or 50's and have lost interest in sex, I think they may need therapy or a thorough  medical/hormone test.  Sex is very important for me cannot think of a more enjoyable human experience and is one of the reasons I came here.  I would probably leave if any desire or ability to have sex was gone.

I'm middle aged, in my 50's, I suppose that's old age sex. 

 

It couldn't be better now I got rid of the kids mother. 

My kids are teenagers now (late teens), never married the mother, didn't think it was a good idea not knowing Thai law, so we just moved on.

My parents ran a seniors' home back in the 70's and 80's. 

 

It was quite a large facility with 250 residents, no long term care patients.  The conversation around our dinner table invariably included the gossip about how many women each of the male residents was shagging.  Old ladies outnumbered old men by a large margin, and there was a high demand for services from the remaining stallions. 

 

Those grannies were horny as hell, just not for their husbands.

I am 71. my wife  is  42.

I rarely have sex on consecutive days.

The Wife looks happy, so am I.

The downward trend in frequency started in my fifties.
