Herb seedlings available anywhere?

I managed to find some holy basil and cilantro at Kham Thiang many years ago but that was it. Not practical for me to grow things from seed.

If cant find them reasonably local, you can always buy them on Lazada, available from 29bt.

Certain Kamthieng market vendors stock nothing but herb seedlings.  There's also the MaeJo Uni agricultural fair on next weekend.
