Actually, crazy as it seems it's necessary.

The Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) allows transgender individuals to serve openly and without discrimination. This policy was enacted in 2016 and ensures that transgender members have equal access to all opportunities and benefits within the military.

Here are some additional details about transgender inclusion in the CAF:

  • No surgery requirement: Transgender individuals are not required to undergo gender reassignment surgery in order to serve openly.
  • Access to healthcare: Transgender members have access to a range of healthcare services, including hormone therapy and gender-affirming surgeries.
  • Non-discrimination policy: The CAF has a strict non-discrimination policy that protects transgender members from harassment and bullying.
  • Support networks: The CAF offers a number of support networks for transgender members, including peer support groups and employee resource groups.

The US Air Force had a transgender member deploy to Afghanistan about 10 years ago.  A separate bathrooms and shower had to be built just to accommodate this one member.  As I recall this member was born female but serving as a male.  Not surprised and more to come.

“Killing the enemy and blowing things up that need to be blown up”

This was the actual purpose of having a military but times have changed.

That would only require sanitary pads in men's toilets if female to male transgenders were serving  and pretending to be men. A male pretending to be a female does not and never will menstruate.

Can we assume that the ruling allows men pretending to be female to use the female bathrooms?

As usual the lovies take the most complicated and troublesome option. Instead of having a separate bathroom for trans sexuals, they make trans people use the same bathroom as the one they are pretending to be. What could possibly go wrong with that?

I'm all for equality, as long as it involves females being conscripted as cannon fodder if men are being conscripted for such. If that isn't going to happen then it's not equality.

Canadas lost the plot. They are allowing 50yo trans men to change with young girls.

They created a third trans sporting category yet all the trannys choose to continue dominating in the womens category and anyone who speaks out gets punished.

Funny how it is a completely non-issue in Thailand.

There's only one small glimmer of hope amidst all this supreme bo££ocks: eventually an election will have to be held and Canadians (over many decades) have a habit of violently voting an unpopular government OUT, reducing the governing party to as few as 2 seats. It's happened too many times, both federally and provincially, to list here.

The polls suggest that the much-loathed Trudeau, if he doesn't step down before the election, will be dumped mercilessly.

In the meantime, a Canadian university proclaims its shameless virtue signalling while advertising a tenure-track job where skin-colour counts for more than merit (surely a world first) :

In accordance with the University’s Equity Plan and pursuant to Section 42 of the BC Human Rights code, the selection will be limited to members of the following designated group: Black people. Our search committee will review the pool of applications from those who self-identify with this designated group. Candidates from this group must self-identify in their cover letter to be considered for this position.

Of course, like Senator Pochahontas Warren, one could always "self-identity" as genetically black.
