I have no idea if they are Russian but definitely East European 

 

I was in a  beer bar  in Jomtien in a Soi back in September

 

Quiet day time no customers only the farang owner and he is having a conversation with me .

 

Up comes a family I presume are Russian with two small kids 

They want to use the toilet inside.

 

Toilet ! Toilet ! Toilet ! 

Shouts the woman holding a toddler by the hand  in a European accent 

 

The bar owner hesitates then points inside ,then without a nod or word the family proceed inside past us 

 

10 minutes later they walk out ,the bar owner looks at them ,they totally ignore him and proceed to walk past him without a glance ,smile or a thanks 

 

He goes to check on the toilet and is shouting

"They Shxtted over the seat he shouts 

Shxtted everywhere the disgusting pigs !

They left the diaper !

The farang owner is getting the mop and dry wretching 

 

Family holidays?....without lack of public toilets 

Would you  as a beer bar owner let a family use your facilities ?

 

It's the same with parking !!

You have a space outside your beer bar or shop and some Bxastard wants to park their motorcycle there !!!

 

 

Yeah, they talked about public toilets at Pattaya beach several years ago.  Who would clean them? Plus, I bet certain entities would be hanging out there looking for customers.  Probably would just end up as stinky holes full of the smell of feces and semen.

I actually was a bookshop in Pattaya a few years ago ,a guy parked his bike in the entry area and left to go to the bar next door 

 

The owner sat there and didn't say anything,he laughed that will be gone soon.

Up comes a Thai employee and drags it to the middle of the road 

The farang middle aged tatts comes back to argue with the farang owner but is met by the Thai guy so he left

Usually they charge 10 baht to non customers, puts most people off. Maybe there was no way to clean the <deleted>e up

Sounds like you are just a just a little prejudiced against Russians....instead of speculating and making it about rude  Russians, why not just admit you don't know what nationality they were and omit the nationality to avoid bias. What have Russians doing to you personally? 

Having said that, it is difficult to order a toilet when you can't 'speaka da lingo' and when your kids are jumping up and down wanting to poo, but equally there is no reason for her not to say thank you to the owner. There fixed it for you and your bigotry.

The space on the road outside the beer bar does not belong to, nor is generally allocated to the bar.  Any road user can use the road just the same as a bar's equally "bxastard" customer.

You really don't see that hypocrisy?   Some bar customers and owners are just as "self entitled", they don't own any of the road.

I would be prejudiced against any individuals who left a toilet in the disgusting condition described, irrespective of nationality.

Perhaps you have not noticed, Russia is the aggressor in Ukraine. The majority of Russians in Russia seem to support the Russian who started said war, so it's not surprising there is some prejudice against them as a nationality.
