Credit card fraud - Friendship grocery store
Your card details were likely read by someone with a card reader that can scan the RFID info from your card and generate a new one. There are RFID blocking sleeves for your card that prevent this. Or multiple cards stored together apparently blocks it too. As it's a credit card, and not an ATM, you are protected from fraud so it's really not an issue. Do as someone else suggested and set up notifications for each transaction. I use foreign credit cards as much as I can because it's the cheapest way to access money in that country. -

Are you 'Moving on up' or are you stagnant and slowly fading away?
If he understood 'rich', money would never enter a conversation. I know rich people (not me) and the one thing they never mention about themselves, is their money, prices, cost. -

Construction Worker’s Electric Shock From Roof Framework
Picture from responders. A construction worker narrowly escaped death after receiving an electric shock, while dismantling a building in Nakhon Si Thammarat. The man was left unconscious and trapped beneath the roof framework of a three-storey building before being rescued by emergency services. At around midday on 5 March, rescue personnel from the Pracha Ruamjai Foundation were called to the scene in Nai Mueang subdistrict, where they found the injured worker, later identified as Mr. Kraithap, 45, unconscious and wedged within the metal framework of the building’s roof. Rescuers climbed into the structure and administered first aid until he regained consciousness, though he was still unable to move. Due to the confined space he had fallen into, his colleagues had to break through a concrete section to create an opening for his extraction. Using ropes and a stretcher, the team carefully lowered him through the newly created access point in a challenging operation. Mr. Kraithap was handed over to an emergency medical team from Maharaj Nakhon Si Thammarat Hospital and is now in a stable condition. Investigations revealed that he had been working with a team of demolition workers contracted to renovate the building. The group had been dismantling the roof and ceiling for about a week when the incident occurred. As Mr. Kraithap removed sections of the ceiling, he unknowingly came into contact with a live electrical current from a metal T-bar structure, which left him unconscious. His colleagues quickly alerted emergency services, who managed to save him in time. Authorities are investigating the incident to determine what safety measures were in place. -- 2025-03-06 -
