According to the female driver he was riding in the right lane, which is pretty obvious he was, if you look at photos of her car, she must have side swiped him.

Some bizarre replies here. The reference to the Thai woman who hit the Swiss guy is just nuts. Like this is ok because of that? Or if justice isn't done there then it shouldn't be done here either?
