Marmite - Food of the devil I could think of nothing worse than putting it on ham or cheese - each to his own, I realize it's one of the most divisive foods on the planet, ;D 1

Keeps
For those in Chiang Mai, there is a great shop near the Thapae Gate end of Ratvithi Road (same side of road as UNIrish pub). Think it is called Meat and Cheese. Specialises in toasted cheese sourdough sandwiches with optional additional fillings. They really are pretty good. Also sell the sourdough loaves. Prubangboy
Two slices of cheddar on whole wheat with a thin spreading of mango chutney and a splash of Tabasco is my go-to when I need to eat, but don't want a meal. Praise to England, no other nation ever took the concept as toast so seriously. 1
Asquith Production
Fry egg but keep yolk soft. When the white as solidified turn over and add thin slices of cheddar. Allow to melt on the egg then put on toast or bread. Lovely.
